Contemporary Visual Arts Network South East (formerly Turning Point South East) is a regional network of visual arts organisations initiated in 2007 by the Arts Council of England, South East in collaboration with its national portfolio organisations for visual arts.
CVAN South East evolved at a time when there was a desire and necessity for greater collaboration across the visual arts sector as well as improved understanding and communication between the Arts Council and the organisations its funds. After years of development and programme delivery by CVAN South East – the need to work together remains and is all the more necessary.
